Whether you have a home to liquidate, a business, storage unit, we can relieve you of the downsizing burden while doing good for the community. With these projects, a percentage of the job can go towards the non-profit of your choice.

Donation
Donations can be dropped off at our West Fargo warehouse. Also, you can donate a percentage of your estate sale, auction, business liquidation, storage unit sale, junk removal job, Ect.
Efficient Liquidation
We maximize returns from donations through careful and efficient item liquidation using estate sales, online auctions, in person auctions, Facebook pages that are unique to us.
Direct Impact
A percentage of proceeds go directly to local non-profits, supporting their missions.
Utilizing Creative options to raise funds for area non-profits including, but not limited to estate sales, online auctions, business liquidations, etc

Clean Out Services
We have a charge for these services, but a percentage of that charge & auctioned off goods will go towards the non-profit of your choosing.

Estate Sale
We will individually price all items and have an indoor sale.

Online Auction
We have state of the art platforms that we utilize to upload videos and photos for auction purposes.

In Person Auction
We also host auctions at our warehouse or at the physical location of the liquidation.

Junk Removal
A percentage of the charge for the job will go towards your favorite non-profit. We are the only company in the area that takes into consideration your sellable items.
